Refund Policy
We would rather answer a question before you buy than process a refund afterwards. This policy covers Tapechild software purchases and AI Sample Generator subscriptions.
1. The window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing team@tapechild.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, so that we can try to reproduce it.
2. How the money comes back
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing and bank timing may add several business days beyond our approval.
For a refunded software order, the licence key is deactivated and the plugin stops authorising on machines activated with it.
Cancelling an AI Sample Generator subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund requests for a subscription are reviewed under the 14-day window above and any non-waivable rights that apply where you live. Access and remaining paid credits may end when a subscription payment is refunded.
3. Your statutory rights
This policy does not reduce any cancellation, refund, warranty or conformity rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where such rights apply, they apply in addition to this policy, not instead of it.
